THE CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE is Wesleyan in doctrine (similar to Methodists) and evangelical (Bible-believing). It has around 1.5m members in 12,800 churches in 130 countries, with around 100 churches in the UK. It is a member of the Evangelical Alliance and the local 'Churches Together' group. The church has a missionary organisation, and is characterised by a simple faith in Jesus and a simple love for people.
Sunday Morning Service at 10:45am
Traditional ‘chapel style’ worship for people of all ages. Our stewards always make new people feel welcome! Staffed creche facilities available. Sunday School for children aged 3 – 13yrs during the service.
Sunday Evening Service at 6:00pm
A more informal and contemporary style of worship often led by our Worship Team and featuring members of the congregation in singing, sharing personal stories, drama and interviews etc. Refreshments are served after the service. (Sometimes held in the Grapevine Centre downstairs)

Minister: Rev Bruce Lloyd. Born in Shropshire, Bruce is a graduate of Hallam and Sheffield universities. A former Probation Officer, he and his wife Sandra have 4 children, all educated at local schools.
Youth Pastor: Kate Bowes. Kate comes from Stockport and has a geography and maths degree from Sheffield University, a theology degree from Nazarene Theological College in Manchester, and an MA in Youth Work.
